Hi, I’m Serenityblu, the founder of Happy Sprouts Nanny Co. and a mom who truly understands what it means to trust someone with your child. With nearly 20 years of experience working with children—and a lifetime of caring for the people around me—this agency was born from my heart as much as my hands-on childcare journey.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: Childcare provider, mom and mentor. Because of that, I’ve seen both sides of the childcare world. I understand what parents need to feel supported, safe, and confident—and I also know how important it is for nannies to feel appreciated, respected, and truly matched with the right family. I started Happy Sprouts Nanny Co. to bring those two sides together. To make connections that feel natural, warm, and genuine. We also want to make the process easier for overwhelmed parents and more fulfilling for dedicated caregivers. Most importantly—to help children thrive by placing them with people who care. My goal is simple: To help families find the right support, and to help nannies find a home where they can make a meaningful difference.
